We strive to completely renovate at least 100 apartments each year. All our projects adhere to a strict standard to complete the project on time and without compromises. After the initial demolition phase, we build new partitions, install new electric wiring, new water and sewage pipes and level the floor and walls where required.
Our designers and interior architects develop an original plan for each apartment which consists of selecting floors, tiling, kitchen design, wall color and standard of in-built appliances. The natural question is how can’t his be done in just 45 days without compromising quality? The simple answer is an in-house team of builders of all specializations, software-driven logistics and standardized templates for bills of materials and construction project plans. Our tradesmen such as electricians, plumbers, tilers, wood carpenters, painters have many years of construction experience and work only on our projects. They are therefore familiar with our standards and expectations for quality and speed.
We use software to plan construction schedules and the logistics of moving builders of various professions between our projects. Another key element is the supply of materials to construction sites. Imported materials which determine the look and feel of apartments such as tiling, faucets, sinks and lighting are on stock in our internal warehouses in city centers. Generic construction materials are delivered by our suppliers in a just-in-time fashion to directly to construction sites all over the country.
Despite having a plan and design for each apartment, we offer to our clients the possibility of reserving an apartment in the renovation phase and customizing the designs of bathrooms, floors, and the kitchen free of charge.
