The rapid growth in the volume and complexity of orders motivates us to continue to improve the efficiency of our processes – both internal and smart management of renovations in different cities. It is essential that we digitize our warehouse management, create better procedures in logistics and building supply, deploy advanced CRM to manage our internal procedures and, last but not least, improve the algorithm to determine the optimal purchase and sale prices of properties. We see the solution to all these issues in software and digital transformation, which Karel is helping us with.
Karel is a mathematician by education, worked in the consulting company BCG, founded the software company Accomango and is now a venture investor in fast-growing software companies in the KAYA fund.
