In České Budějovice, we have successfully completed the complete reconstruction and interior design of a unique 5 bedroom apartment with a view of 4 sides of the world. The apartment has 4 separate rooms and a spacious living room of 30 m2 with a large kitchen that will satisfy even passionate cooks. Additional comfort is provided by a spacious bathroom, two separate toilets and a utility room for the washing machine.
The reconstruction of our construction division took only 60 days. The interior design was done by designers from Sella Furniture.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a corner panel house in Netolická street, on the outskirts of the Máj housing estate. The living room has a magnificent view of the centre of the county town and its landmark, the Black Tower. From the balcony in the bedroom you can look at the beauty of the Vrbensko Ponds, the Four Courts Park and Hluboká nad Vltavou Castle. In close proximity to the housing there are Vrbenské rybníky, the newly built park Čtyři dvory, the Pouzar hockey centre, the Oskar Nedbal primary school and a public transport stop. The University of South Bohemia is just a 10-minute walk away. The centre of České Budějovice can be reached by trolleybus or bus in 10 minutes.
