Warranty for Renovated Apartments
NOVA ET VETERA provides a warranty covering the renovation works carried out in the apartment. The warranty applies to all renovated apartments and is automatically included in the purchase price. Using the form below, you can easily submit a warranty claim or request post-warranty service.
Scope of the Warranty
The warranty covers construction, installation, and craft works carried out as part of the apartment renovation.
- Structures
- Electrical installations
- Sanitary fittings and faucets
- Flooring
- Water supply and drainage systems
- Interior doors and door frames
- Wall and floor tiles
- Heating
- Kitchen cabinetry
Appliances are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (5 years). If needed, we will assist you with the claims process. The warranty for heating systems and windows applies only if they were part of the renovation. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, mechanical damage, defects caused by improper use, third-party interventions, or common areas of the building.
Warranty Period
Standard warranty: 1 year from the transfer of ownership to the client
Extended warranty: option to purchase an additional 1-year extensio
Warranty Terms and Conditions
The exact scope of the warranty, including conditions and exclusions, is specified in the Warranty Terms and Conditions, available here. The warranty terms are valid from 1 January 2026.
Reporting a Defect
If a defect occurs in the apartment, please complete the claim form below. Provide as detailed a description as possible and attach photos or a video if available. After submission, we will register your claim and forward it to our technical team for assessment. The team will review the issue, evaluate its scope, and determine the appropriate solution. We will then contact you with the next steps and a proposed resolution.
