What does the renovation include? ▼
Each apartment undergoes a complete renovation, including new designer flooring, modern tiling, and the replacement of electrical wiring, water and waste pipes. Everything is ready for immediate move-in.
Is the kitchen included in the apartment? ▼
Yes, every apartment comes with a brand-new modern kitchen equipped with Gorenje appliances, including an extended five-year warranty.
Is the furniture shown in the photos part of the sale? ▼
The furniture is mainly used to help clients visualize how the space can be arranged. The apartment is sold partially furnished – it includes the kitchen with appliances, complete bathroom fittings, and lighting. If you're interested in purchasing the displayed furniture, we’re happy to discuss it individually.
What is the ownership status of the apartment? ▼
All our apartments are in personal ownership.
What are the monthly housing costs? ▼
Monthly costs vary depending on the apartment, specifically the heating method, water heating, and building management. The exact amount, including contributions to the repair fund, can be found in each listing or upon request.
Is the apartment price final? ▼
Yes, the listed price is final and includes complete legal services and financial consulting. You do not pay any commission.
Is it possible to finance the apartment with a mortgage? ▼
Yes, the apartment can be financed with a mortgage. We are happy to assist with the process and help you secure the best financing option available, including above-standard contractual conditions.
How is the purchase price held in escrow? ▼
We use either notarial or attorney escrow, depending on the specific property. Both options guarantee a safe transfer of the purchase price. We cover the cost of the escrow.
How long does the ownership transfer take? ▼
The standard ownership transfer period after submitting the proposal to the Land Registry is approximately 25 days, depending on the processing time.
When can I move in? ▼
Our apartments are ready for immediate move-in. After agreeing on the handover conditions, we can ensure an exceptionally fast move-in process.
Can I visit the apartment in person? ▼
Of course. We’re happy to give you a personal tour and answer any questions you may have. Just call or message us to schedule a visit.
Can I reserve the apartment online? ▼
Yes. If you’re interested in a property, we can send you an approved reservation agreement electronically. Once it is signed by all parties and the reservation fee is paid, the reservation is confirmed.
What if I have questions or need help after taking over the apartment? ▼
We are here for you even after the handover. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
Do you offer houses as well, or only apartments? ▼
We primarily specialize in the renovation and sale of apartments. Houses appear in our listings only on rare occasions.
In which areas do you offer apartments? ▼
Our apartments are mainly located in Prague and Brno, where we focus on well-connected urban neighborhoods with full amenities.
Can NOVA ET VETERA help with the renovation of my own home? ▼
