As an Architect you will be responsible for planning interior layouts, designing communications and selecting appropriate materials. Your style and handwriting will be reflected in the design of more than a hundred apartments a year. You will be in daily contact not only with our project team but also with our clients, whom you will help to design a cosy and stylish home. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Elaboration of original projects and layout solutions for interior reconstruction in brick and panel houses
- Participation in construction inspection days and interior surveying
- Material selection and cooperation with the project team
- Design of finishing design, especially tiling, flooring and kitchen
- Preparation of interior design proposal including furniture for clients
Requirements:
- University degree in architecture, urban planning or interior design
- Excellent technical drawing ability
- Minimum 2 years experience in interior architecture
- Creativity, original ideas and knowledge of current design trends
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, MS Office
- Fluent Czech, English and Russian
- Group B driving licence
- Get-it-done approach, reliability and accountability
- Team spirit, high motivation, proactivity and desire to develop the company and your career
Employment contract: full-time
