As we enter an exciting new phase of growth and expansion, we are thrilled to introduce our latest team members who will play essential roles in our journey towards new horizons. At NOVA ET VETERA, we are committed to delivering exceptional and innovative projects that redefine residential real estate development.

After three years of existence, we were humbled by the interest of candidates to work with us. Following our hiring campaign, we have received more than 200 applications for our open roles. It is our pleasure to introduce our new colleagues who bring technical expertise to their respective roles and positive energy to our company culture.

Daniel Williams – PROJECT COORDINATOR

Meet Daniel, our newly appointed Project Coordinator. With extensive engineering experience in Scotland, he moved to the Czech Republic to join our team. As Project Coordinator, Daniel will lead the successful execution of our construction projects such as planning construction budgets and timelines. He’ll work closely with architects, contractors, and our clients to ensure that their dream home is delivered in line with their expectations. Daniel holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Glasgow.

Tereza Uhlíková – INTERIOR ARCHITECT

We are delighted to welcome Tereza, our talented and creative Interior Architect. She brings a fresh perspective to our team, and her innovative design ideas will enhance the look and functionality of our apartments. Tereza will collaborate with clients to translate their visions into unique interior designs that combine functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics, creating inspiring living spaces. Tereza has a master’s in Interior Design from the De Montfort University in Liecester, UK.

Zalina Khubezhova – OFFICE MANAGER

A well-organized, efficient and high-performing team requires strong administrative support, and that’s where Zalina, our new Office Manager, steps in. With experience in managing diverse teams and working with expats, she’ll ensure our internal operations run smoothly. Zalina is also responsible for communication with building owner communities (SVJ), banks, and tendering of suppliers. Zalina has a bachelors degree in International Relations from the Metropolitan University Prague.

Diana Hrušková – SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Meet Diana, our dedicated Sales Representative. She understands that buying a property is not just a financial transaction but one of the most important investments which we make only a handful of times in our life. Diana will guide prospective buyers through our portfolio of developments and offer personalized solutions. Diana has rich experience in corporate finance and real estate sales of premium developments in Dubai. Diana has a master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Economics in Bratislava.

Pavel Eleder – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MORAVIA

The successful expansion to Moravia can only be managed by someone who knows the region inside out. Based out of Brno, Pavel is overseeing the construction and the sales of our projects in Moravia. He is the main point of contact for NOVA ET VETERA in the region who will lead negotiations with suppliers and prospective buyers. Apart from having prior experience in sales of technological products, Pavel is also passionate about volunteering and holds a master’s degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the Masaryk University in Brno.
