As of October 2022 the office team of NOVA ET VETERA was reinforced and both vacancies were closed within several weeks.
We are pleased to announce that Gábi Hoang has joined us in the capacity of a Real Estate Finance Manager. Gabi is analytical thought leader and holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Charles University. Previously to joining us Gabi worked at CEIP and WOOD & Company in the area of investments, equities and financial planning.
Also in October Sofiia Borovik joined us as an Operations Specialist, who will be responsible for the coordination of our key suppliers, management of internal records and overseeing the execution of our marketing campaigns. Sofiia is currently a masters student of International Trade at the Prague University of Economics and Business.
After 1.5 years of service and negotiating over 150 real estate transactions Tomáš Staněk was promoted to a Real Estate Manager. Tomas continues to manage our acquisitions and sales process.
The coordination and material procurement for over 100 construction projects in just 1.5 years was successfully executed by Marek Kocholatý who was promoted to the role of a Project Manager.
Eva Ničová is leaving our company and we thank her for the positive impact she made on our operations and service delivery. Eva will be pursuing an opportunity in the materials innovation industry and we wish her every success!
Under the leadership of the founders Vitezslav and Aldar, despite macroeconomic headwinds we are continuing to innovate our product, enhance our construction processes and maintain the regular cadence of sales.
