As a Project Coordinator, you will be directly responsible for organizing our construction projects, managing timelines and budgets, and working with clients of our firm that renovates and sells over 100 homes annually. Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing the timeline, budget and quality of construction projects
- Ordering material for individual projects
- Managing our internal warehouse, goods-in and good-out, evidence of tools and materials
- Day-to-day coordination of the construction team
- Evaluating key performance indicators and creating reports for internal purposes
- Communication with clients and solving their requirements
- Managing the company fleet of vehicles
- Visiting construction sites and specialist stores
- Creating new strategic partnerships with suppliers and working on our expansion to cities in CZ and abroad
Requirements:
- Fluent Czech, English and Russian
- Get-it-done approach, reliability and responsibility
- Team spirit, high motivation, proactivity and a desire to develop the company and your career
- Construction or real estate development experience
- University degree in a construction, technical or economic field an advantage
- Driving licence B
Working contract: full-time, 40 hours per week
