As Office Manager you will play a key role in managing the running of our office and provide administrative support to the sales department. Tasks include managing administrative activities, communicating with colleagues and external partners, organising work events and other operational matters. We are looking for a candidate who is able to effectively plan, coordinate and problem solve in the dynamic environment of our company that renovates and sells over 100 homes annually. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling enquiries and scheduling appointments
- Keeping our office running smoothly
- Keeping records of enquiries
- Website administration
- Managing and recording contracts and accounting documents
- Managing and organising energy transfers
- Ordering and replenishing office supplies
- Preparation and organisation of corporate events
Requirements:
- Fluent Czech, English and Russian.
- Get-it-done approach, reliability and responsibility
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team spirit, proactivity and a desire to develop the company and your career
- University degree an advantage
Working contract: full-time, 40 hours per week
